Pricing Structure

$60.00 per month (billed annually) includes up to 200 anticipated active members.

Plus $20.00 per month (billed annually) for each additional 100 active members.

Subscriptions are billed annually based on the anticipated number of active members for the upcoming season or year.

All subscriptions include full access to every feature. There are no feature tiers, add‑ons, or usage limits.

Member counts are determined once at the start of the billing period and remain fixed for the year.

This approach provides predictable pricing with no mid‑year changes or billing surprises.

Seasonal Club Billing

Many pickleball and tennis clubs operate on a seasonal basis. Clubs that are active for only part of the year are billed only for the months they are in operation.

This allows seasonal clubs to use Love Our Club without paying for months when their facilities or programs are not active.

What Is an Active Member?

An active member is an individual who is expected to book courts or register for events during the billing period.

Many clubs maintain records for former members, guests, or individuals who are no longer participating. These individuals do not count toward pricing.

Example: If your club database contains 600 individuals but you anticipate 275 active participants this season, pricing is based on 275 members.

3‑Month Trial for New Clubs

New clubs are eligible for a 3‑month trial period to fully evaluate Love Our Club.

During the trial period, clubs have access to the complete platform, including all features and support.

At the end of the trial, clubs may continue with an annual subscription based on their anticipated number of active members.

Existing Love Our Club customers are always grandfathered at their current pricing.
