FAQs for Club Administrators
I'm an administrator of my club. How do we get started?
Getting started is straightforward. Register your club using the Club Registration link on the home page or from the menu.
You will be asked to provide your club name and the contact information for the first administrator. Once registered, the built‑in setup guide will walk you through configuration step‑by‑step.
Love Our Club also includes documentation and training resources to help new administrators and volunteers get up to speed quickly.
How much does it cost to use Love Our Club?
Love Our Club subscriptions are billed annually based on the anticipated number of active members for the upcoming season or year.
Pricing starts at $60 per month (billed annually), which includes up to 200 active members. Each additional 100 active members is billed at $20 per month (also billed annually).
Member counts are determined once at the start of the billing period and remain fixed for the year. Seasonal clubs are billed only for the months they are in operation.

Can administrators control bookings and event registration?
Yes. Love Our Club provides flexible controls so clubs can enforce their own rules around bookings and registrations.
Administrators can define how far in advance members may book, how many bookings are allowed per day or week, and which rules apply to different membership types.
These settings can be adjusted at any time, and the setup guide helps you configure them to match your club’s policies.
Can we use Love Our Club as our club website?
Yes. Love Our Club includes an integrated website builder and hosting. Many clubs use it as their primary public website with their own domain name.
Alternatively, you may keep your existing website and simply link to Love Our Club for member access, bookings, and events.
Do we still need another accounting system?
Love Our Club includes integrated financial tools designed specifically for clubs and volunteer administrators.
Many clubs choose to manage payments, reports, and records entirely within Love Our Club. If you prefer to use another accounting system, you are free to do so.

Absolutely. We are happy to answer questions or provide an online demonstration of the system.

FAQs for Club Members
I'm a member of a club using Love Our Club. How do I get started?
Select the Member Registration link on the home page or from the menu. You’ll be asked to enter the email address your club has on file for you and choose a password.
A confirmation code will be sent to your email address to complete registration. Once confirmed, you can log in on the website or through the Love Our Club mobile app.
Does it cost members anything to use Love Our Club?
No. There is no charge for members to use the system and no credit card is required to register as a member.
How do I book courts or other club resources?
After logging in, select the booking calendar from the menu. Available dates, times, and resources will be displayed.
Choose your preferred time slot, add any additional participants if required, and confirm the booking.
What is the Favorites list used for?
Your Favorites list lets you quickly access members you often book with. This makes adding participants to bookings faster and more convenient.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. The Love Our Club mobile app is available in both Apple and Google app stores and allows members to book resources, manage profiles, make payments, and view account information.
Can I change or cancel a booking created by another member?
You may modify or cancel a booking if you are included in that booking or if you are a club administrator.
Members who have enabled email confirmations will be notified of any changes.
